Baking Demonstration
Have you ever wanted to bake the perfect vanilla or chocolate cake? Learn how to make homemade fillings for your cakes like jam, lemon curd or caramel sauce? Then this is the demonstration for you!
Emma will give you all her tips and tricks on baking a basic vanilla or chocolate recipe and how to turn it into a range of flavour profiles. We will go over all the very normal things that happen when you first start baking, from cakes that dome, to cakes that sink, we’ll tell you why this happens and how to stop it from happening so you bake beautiful even cakes each and every time.
A cake is just the base for all the good fillings! There will be a demonstration on how to make jam, lemon curd, caramel sauce and chocolate ganache sauce.
You will see a demonstration on each of these and go home with a recipe for each one.

Please note this is a demonstration only come along grab a cup of tea or coffee, watch and learn how to make a variety of cakes and fillings. You’ll be able to ask questions as we go along.
Tea/Coffee and light refreshments will be provided.
