The Arabic gum from FunCakes is a vegetable binding agent. It can be used as a stabilizer and as a binding agent. The product is natural gum and contains no animal-based ingredients. Arabic gum gives a soft structure and can be used for candy making, ice cream, flavours, sweeteners and more.
This product is colourless and tasteless. Commonly used in baking, specifically to stabilize the texture of products, increase the viscosity of liquids and to help baked good rise. Other uses include adding shine or a glossy look to certain foods, coating foods and inhibiting crystallization of sugar.
