Cherry Red Sugarflair colour paste.
Sugarflair edible paste colours are a concentrated food colouring, comprising a gel like consistency, that can be kneaded into sugar paste, flower and modelling paste, marzipan, buttercream and royal icing to produce a range of shades by varying the amount of paste used. A little goes a long way always start with a small amount and add more if required for a darker shade.
Ingredients: Humectant: E422, thickener: E551, colour: E124*, E122*, E170i. *E124, E122 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Kosher.
